ticket3When do tickets go on sale?
Weekend Summer Off the Tracks Festival Tickets are on sale now! Click here to buy tickets.

Day tickets can be bought on the gate only and are subject to availability. You’re really better to book in advance. We’d hate you to miss out.

How can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online from this website. You can purchase them in person from Foulds music shop in Iron Gate if you are in Derby.

Or you can also use the good old fashioned way which also happens to be the most cost-effective. Just send us your cheque with a stamped addressed envelope and will post your tickets to you.  All the details and prices are on our 'TICKETS' section.cash

Are there booking fees?
Booking fees are included in the price for the tickets purchased online. Please check with the vendor’s terms and conditions.

If you buy via Off the Tracks Paypal facility there is a charge for included in the ticket to cover admin costs. The postage is free.

What special offers are there?
We always offer our tickets for a limited time, discounted at our Early Bird prices.

When will I receive my tickets?
Postal Applications: your tickets will be posted to you no later than 14 days before the event.

Online E-Tickets: your tickets will be automatically emailed to you once your payment is received.

If your confirmation and tickets don’t arrive by that time, please call or text 07825 512 168 or email info@offthetracks.co.uk

I can’t use the tickets I’ve bought, can I get a refund?
Sorry! We can’t refund or resell tickets that can no longer be used.

Can I sell or buy tickets from a third party?
Tickets are still available to buy here and we’d strongly advise you always book tickets directly through official channels.

Does my child need a ticket?
You don’t need a child’s ticket for those aged under 12. You will, however, need to register them with our child-safe team upon arrival where you will be given a wristband for them, to write your mobile number on.

You’ll need to buy a youth ticket for those aged 12-16 and they must still be 16 on the first day of the festival not when the tickets are bought.

Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult, and there is a limit of two youth tickets per adult ticket bought.
