They include the camping charges but exclude parking. Please buy an appropriate parking ticket for your vehicle.

Holders of these Phase 1 weekend tickets, and everyone who has valid tickets from the 2020 festival, will be entered into a PRIZE DRAW for a double room at Donington Park Farmhouse hotel on site for Friday and Saturday.

The tickets bought for 2020 OTT festival are valid for 2021 OTT festival, except for the ones that have been refunded.

You can either log in to your account or email us at with your details tickets@offthetracks.co.uk for a copy of your tickets if you mislaid them.

You can buy tickets direct from our online shop, just make your selection above and pay via PayPal gateway. Even if you don't have a PayPal account you will be able to use your credit or debit card at their secure site. Our store only uses Paypal, and all the payments are processed at Paypal's secure site. Therefore we do not ask or retain any financial information.

When will I receive my tickets?
Your e-tickets will be emailed to you once your payment is confirmed from the PayPal payment gateway.

I can’t use the tickets I’ve bought, can I get a refund?
Sorry! We can’t refund or resell tickets that can no longer be used.
Can I sell or buy tickets from a third party?
Tickets are still available to buy here and we’d strongly advise you always book tickets directly through official channels.
Does my child need a ticket?
You don’t need a child’s ticket for those aged under 12 on the first day of the festival not when the tickets are bought. You will, however, need to register them with our child-safe team upon arrival where you will be given a wristband for them, to write your mobile number on.
You’ll need to buy a youth ticket for those aged 12-16 and, again, they must still be 16 on the first day of the festival not when the tickets are bought.

Important Note: We do not store credit card details. All transactions, PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards are processed by PayPal Payment Gateway.
Processing fees will be added to your basket on check out to cover our administration costs.
