Last of Eden (L.O.E.) bring a thunderous wall of sound through a blend of post-rock, post-metal and alternative stylings. Combining atmospheric passages, searing melodies and powerful riffs accompanied by a stunning multi-screen visual arrangement creating a truly moving cinematic live experience.
Following the release of their highly acclaimed debut album The World & Everything In It, L.O.E have taken to stages across the UK and Europe capturing the moods and emotions of music fans from sell-out headline shows at legendary venues such as The Trades Club, Hebden Bridge, the prestigious Rough Trade, Nottingham and adorning the main stage at the notorious Post In Paris Festival, Paris.
Last Of Eden's music tries to capture and reflect triumph, heroism, anguish and struggle throughout society – not as a political stand, but to hold a mirror up to humanity. Weaving speech and video into live performance creates a cinematic experience of popular culture and a reflection of our times.
L.O.E. released their debut album, The World & Everything In It, on 9 June 2023 to critical acclaim from genre staples such as WherePostRockDwells, The Post Rock Community, BBC 6 Music, Radio X, Visions Magazine and PROG Magazine. The album was picked up and praised by PROG magazine with their music video for single, Lament, being voted number 1 in the “Track Of The Week” feature. They also made the hallowed print edition several times in the PROG AOTY lists and with a full live review of their album launch show.
Their singles, Sunset Silhouette and You Can’t Keep A Good Man Down both respectively made Spotify’s editorial playlists and their album live session has amassed more than 300,000 views on YouTube solidifying Last Of Eden as a band quickly emerging as a crucial cornerstone of the Post / Alternative scene.
Last Of Eden have been working tirelessly to bring their monstrous sound to stages across the UK and Europe and have joined post-rock stand-outs and genre titans such as Sleepmakeswaves, Hubris, PG Lost, A Burial At Sea, Oh Hiroshima, Alex Henry Foster & The Long Shadows, And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, Din Of Celestial Birds and more.
Following a successful UK tour, the band were invited to take their sound to Europe for the first time, gracing the main stage of the alternative music staple festival, Post In Paris, where they received rapturous praise as one of the most talked-about debut appearances at the 2024 festival.
